- No refunds will be issued for completed projects or projects in which the majority of the work has been delivered.

- To request a refund, clients must contact us within 15 days of making the payment.
- The refund request should include the reason for the refund and any relevant details about the project.
3. Refund Approval Process
- Once a refund request is received, our team will review the project status and the work completed.
- A decision regarding the refund will be communicated within 10 business days of receiving the request.
4. Partial Refunds
- If a project is canceled after the initial work has begun but before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed and resources utilized up to that point.
5. Non-Refundable Services
- Payments for the following services are non-refundable:
- Domain registration
- Hosting services
- Third-party services purchased on behalf of the client
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
- Clients are encouraged to resolve any disputes by contacting us directly. Coderweb is committed to addressing any concerns and finding an amicable solution.
- Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested, and the client will be responsible for any fees associated with the chargeback process.
7. Changes to the Refund Policy
- Coderweb reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and clients will be notified of any significant changes.
